All items are sent via Australia Post’s parcel post service. The processing time for all items is 1-2 business days. Tracking is currently not available.

Australia shipping

All orders are a flat rate of $5.00 for standard shipping across Australia. Delivery time estimate is 3-8 business days depending on the delivery location (metro or country) and if the parcel is travelling interstate.

International shipping

New Zealand: $18.20AUD | 7-12 business days

Asia Pacific (Indonesia, India): $22.00AUD | 18-25 business days

Returns

Return Cost

For hygiene reasons, scrunchies cannot be exchanged. Prints, greeting cards (still wrapped) can be exchanged within 30 days after delivery at the buyers expense.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Only faulty items will be refunded. Items are not considered faulty if general wear and tear or excessive force has caused the items to become bent out of shape or disfigured.
